SHUTTLECRAFT
SERVICE
First - I need to impress upon everyone just how big a deal this
shuttle service is. The trip to Kingsland, GA is a two and a half
hour
drive - one way - and our shuttlecraft pilot, Dave Fitton, will be
making this trip four
times for your convenience. He will be bringing passengers to the
event Saturay morning and home from the event Saturday night. He
will
then repeat the process on Sunday. We are asking every passenger
to chip
in $10 for gas, but I'm also encouraging you to give Dave whatever tip
you feel
is appropriate for the ten hours he'll spend behind the wheel going
back and forth. Just for comparison, an uber or regular shuttle
would cost well over $100/person so, we're not asking much.
Second - Because of the seating capacity of our shuttlecraft, we can
only bring so many people up to the event each day. Since some
people ar taking the shuttle up on Saturday and staying overnight in
Kingsland, they will need to take the shuttle home Sunday night, so we
can't add too many more people to bring home Sunday.
However, for anyone wanting to make it a day trip on Saturday and
return home Saturday night, there is plenty of room currently for the
return trip Saturday night. I also only have one person confirmed
for the ride up on Sunday morning so we still have room on Sunday for
as many as two more people.
I currently have three people definitely taking the shuttle up on
Saturday and three people definitely returning in the shuttle on Sunday
night. That leaves room for up to three more people to come home
in the shuttle on Sunday night - but there is no one currently booked
into the return trip on Saturday night.
That means, for anyone who wants to come up just for Saturday, we have
the room for three more guests to ride up and plenty of room for the
return trip Saturday night. You'll be able to enjoy the
experience and be a part of the weekend and not stress about the
travel. If you just want to come along with us on Sunday, we only
have room for two more passengers. We will fill the seats on a
first-come basis. Contact Alan Ross at alanrossk@earthlink.net
immediately to book your spot on the shuttle.

I will be heading up to Kingsland on Friday to begin

Sunday, stay overnight at the hotel and return home with us Monday
morning, we have room for one or two people. Again, first-come,
