1) There are five rounds
of
questions
2) Each round consists of
3
questions and 1 Bonus Question
3) The three main
questions
in each round are general knowledge
4) The Bonus questions
vary
from round to round and each has a theme
5) The Trivia host will
read one question at a time and give time for discussion
6) Host will then go
around
the room to collect answer sheets after each round
7) Answers for the
questions
in each round are then read aloud.
8) Points are issued for
each
correct answer
8.5) Teams decide how their points are assigned
8.51) Points for the first three rounds are 5,3 and
1
8.52) Teams assign 5 points to the answer in which they are most
confident
8.53)
Teams
assign 3 points to the answer in which they are next most confident
8.54) Teams assign 1 point to the answer in which
they
are least confident
8.55) For rounds 4 and 5, these point values
increase
to 6, 4, & 2
9) Our Scorekeeper will
add
and record the points on each answer sheet for all the teams
7) During the subsequent round, the point totals are read aloud for teams to track their progress
8) Points accrue
throughout
the game until after the fifth round
9) After the fifth round,
final
point totals are announced and these points can be wagered
10) There are two FINAL
questions
after the fifth round
11) After answering the
two
final questions, teams wager their available points
12) Wagers can be all,
some
or none of their points
13) For correct answers,
the
wager is added to their point total for a final score.
14) For incorrect
answers,
the wager is subtracted from their point total.
15) Teams must get both
answers
correct to add their wager to their total.
16) Highest score wins!
